We Want Happy Customers
If something goes wrong, we will put it right. That's our promise. If anything isn't right with your order, or there's a delivery issue, please get in touch via our Contact page as soon as possible and we'll take it from there
Cancelling an Order
If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and refund you. Please reach out to us as soon as possible via our Contact page
Once your order has shipped, we're unable to cancel it or offer a refund for change of mind. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please see our Returns section below.
Pre-Order Cancellations
If you change your mind before your pre-order ships, we'll cancel it and issue a gift card for the full value of your purchase. This can be used on anything in our store.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We'll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Because we are a collector-focused store, we take packaging and condition concerns seriously. If something isn't up to the standard you expected, reach out — we're here to help.
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Returns are only accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
To be eligible for a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
- Provide proof of purchase
- Wait for our approval before sending anything back
For faulty or incorrectly supplied items, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Gift cards cannot be returned.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Replacements
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. We cover the shipping cost for replacements.
Depending on the situation, we may send the replacement immediately or once the original item is returned and inspected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved:
- Refunds to your original payment method take 10–15 business days
- Bank deposit orders are refunded via direct transfer within 5–10 business days

Collector-Focused Packaging & Condition Information
Outer Packaging (For In-Box Collectors)
Unless stated otherwise, outer packaging condition ranges from good to near mint/mint.
If you are an in-box collector and want the best condition packaging we have available, please get in touch via our Contact page after purchase. We're happy to hand-select the best box in stock.
Protective Packaging
We pack all items with collectors in mind to protect both the item and its packaging.
If you prefer no extra protective packaging, get in touch and we'll remove it.
Factory Variations
Collectible figures often have small variations such as:
- Minor paint differences
- Mould lines
- Slight joint looseness
- Small marks or inconsistencies
These are normal for mass-produced items. If you receive something that concerns you, contact us — we're always happy to review it and help where we can.
Photos & Product Images
Most product photos are promotional images supplied by the manufacturer. Actual items may vary slightly in packaging, paint, or finish.
