Shipping policy

ALERT: Mixed Carts — Pre-Order & In-Stock Items If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, each will ship separately and incur their own flat-rate shipping charge (this will show as a double shipping charge on your order). Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Shipping policy and information

The beauty of being a small, independent New Zealand business is that we can offer flexibility to suit our customers' individual situations. If you have any questions or if the information below doesn't meet your needs, please get in touch via our Contact page so we can help.

Bank deposit orders: Orders paid by bank deposit are held until payment is received and confirmed in our account. Please allow 1–3 business days for your payment to clear before your order is dispatched. Shipping timeframes below apply from the date of dispatch.

How we select a courier service for your package:

To keep costs down for our customers, we always choose the lowest cost delivery option available for your address. This means your package may be delivered by one of the couriers we regularly use: NZ Post, Aramex, Post Haste and NZ Couriers.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the courier scans your parcel at pick-up (please check your spam folder just in case).

Flat rate shipping options

We offer simple flat-rate shipping options that cover all of New Zealand.

North Island (including rural) $10.99

  • Urban: 2–4 business days
  • Rural: 4–7 business days

South Island (including rural) $13.99

  • Urban: 4–7 business days
  • Rural: 5–10 business days

If something goes wrong, we will put it right.

Non-Delivery: If your order hasn't arrived, please Contact us within 10 days of receiving your dispatch notification so we can open an investigation with the courier. If you Contact us after 10 days, we'll still do our best to help, but courier investigations may not be possible.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect items: Please get in touch via our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll take it from there.

Shipping address

Please double check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or not being collected from a courier depot, we will contact you to sort it out. We are happy to reship your order, but the shipping cost will need to be charged again.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the condition of the outer packaging on items returned to us, as they may have been handled multiple times during the return process.
