Cancellation policy

Pre-order cancellations & refunds

Please choose carefully when placing a pre-order. As a small New Zealand business, we commit to securing your stock as soon as your order is placed — taking on the cost and risk upfront so you don't miss out. For this reason, we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind, but we'll always do our best to look after you.

If you change your mind before your pre-order has been dispatched, we're happy to help. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and issue a gift card to the full value of your purchase — redeemable on anything in our store.

A full refund will be issued if one of the following criteria is met:

The product is cancelled or cannot be supplied by the manufacturer or supplier due to production cancellation, supply restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

The product is not delivered within 30 days beyond the estimated shipping date, and we have made reasonable attempts to notify you of the delay via the email address provided at checkout.
